Game-Changer for Flat Feet – Comfort and Support Without Compromise
I honestly thought my running days were behind me—every run came with knee pain and sore feet. But these shoes completely changed that. The Brooks Adrenaline GTS 24 offers the perfect blend of cushion and stability, and the difference was immediate. My knee pain disappeared, and my feet felt supported and comfortable throughout my runs.I have extremely flat feet, and I’ve tried a ton of running shoes over the years. These are by far the best I’ve found—they don’t just accommodate my foot shape; they actively help correct and support it.Also, shoutout to the Winter Sky/Ebony/Orange colorway. It’s not easy to find support shoes that look this good, but these really nail it—clean, modern, and sharp without being over the top.If you have flat feet or struggle with pain while running, don’t hesitate—these are a game-changer.

The right shoe makes a difference
These shoes are amazing. Two days before I was doing a 10-mile race, I started getting terrible shin splints. I did a bunch of research about my foot type, running form, etc in an attempt for a last-ditch change of something in my equipment and ended up getting new shoes. My research led me to these. Not only are they stylish, but I completed the 10-mile race without feeling a thing in my shins. Very pretty, and the build quality is great. Laces are a bit short, but are stretchy to account for this. Better than having laces jumping around as you run. TLDR- great choice for my foot type, the right shoes make a difference!

No more sore toes and calf tightness!
Support:I have had trouble with my feet ever since a hyperextension of my toes. In my Nike or Saucony shoes my calves would become painfully tight and would have to cut short my walks. My wife kept telling me I needed to try a Brooks shoe. As it turns out, she was exactly right! The calf pain has all but disappeared and at the end of the day my toes weren’t hurting nearly as bad. Adrenalin was the particular style it has extra side supports with nitrogen injected into the soles for extra cushioning! Better than New Balance with personally molded insoles!

MINIMIZES INSTABILITY & BACK/HIP/KNEE PAIN
My husband is 280#, has 4E Flintstone Feet, and is in his third year of rehabbing from a TBI that continues to affect his gait and balance. In comparison to the other brands we tried, Brooks are BY FAR the most durable, comfortable and supportive -- and the Adrenaline is the clear winner for minimizing instability and back/hip/knee pain. Since he wears these shoes every waking hour, I automatically replace them every four months (due to his weight, the support infrastructure degrades long before the soles or uppers show any wear) along with a fresh set of Lock Laces, which are the bomb.

Design has changed. Read professional online reviews before purchasing!
I overpronate slightly and to address this have bought either Saucony Omni's or Brooks Adrenaline for many years, in the past few years just the Brooks. I should learn my lesson and buy several pair of a model I like because these sneaker manufacturers feel the need to change the design every year, I'm guessing for marketing purposes. The design of the GTS24 has changed substantially over previous models and I encourage you to read professional running site reviews before purchasing this model. To begin with the arch support has changed significantly so it has become more of a full blown motion control sneaker rather than a stability sneaker. I'm older and spend more time walking in these sneakers then running now so once I got used to it, it didn't bother me but if all you are looking for is a little stability, the arch build up might be too much for you now. But my biggest gripe is the lace system. They use small eyelets and the flat cloth style laces rather than the round nylon type of some previous models and these laces are very "sticky". It is extremely difficult to put these on and take them off or make quick adjustments on the fly. To tighten up the laces in a particular eyelet, you have to completely loosen up all the laces in the eyelets after them before you can loosen or tighten them. Maybe professional runners like this as perhaps you can dial in a more exact fit but I find this extremely frustrating. I'm walking or running and I have stop and spend two or three minutes, untying and loosening up laces to tighten or loosen up one area. These are my gripes but it's still a very comfortable sneaker to walk or run in if the extra built up arch support does not bother you. Next year however I will go back and try a Saucony or other competing model.

A great upgrade to the GTS23
Well, I wa sad when I found out that the good thing that came to an end was a year running fantastic show in the GTS23. Decided to give these a go and find these to he even better, which surprised me. Different rarely means better in a line of running shoes, but these are an exception to that rule. More comfortable, better support, they seem to have more space in the toe box and the padding on the back around your Achilles seems to be more padded and comfortable.

Well worth It!
I am 76 yrs old and needed a walking shoe that would help me with my foot issues. I have flat feet and need arch support. I have a bad issue with over pronation and have soreness on the outside of my left foot. These shoes were absolutely the solution to my foot problems. For the first time in over a year, I can now walk comfortably with no pain or discomfort. The shoes are suprisingly lite weight and came in an x-wide width which was what I needed. The shoes are a little pricey, but really well worth it.

Use the shoe finder on the website first
I strongly recommend using Brooks's shoe finder before placing an order. There's a short five minute quiz with a few exercises and questions to determine which shoe would fit you best. That is how I ended up buying these shoes. I brought down my mile pace by almost a minute in four days with no training in-between, and I believe this is why. So this part is an endorsement for their shoe finder system. Every shoe is not going to work for everyone. Find something that fits your specific need and you should be good to go.That said, these are exactly what I needed. They fit very well and are very comfortable for what I need them for, which is training for a pt test. I feel a lot more confident now that I can pass.
