Q: Mine did not include instructions for microwave. How how long should I warm it?

Mine says to knead pack to distribute the gel and microwave for 40 seconds. Microwave for 20 second intervals if not hot enough. Do not overheat.

Q: How long does it stay hot?

I’ve never used it as a hot pac. I use a heating pad for 20 minutes and then use it as a cold pac for 20 minutes.

Q: Does it come with straps?

Yes. There’s a separate piece that is a pocket with straps that you can put the ice pack into. It has straps.

Q: What are the dimensions for each of the items in the small 2 pack?
