Unreliable
Worked OK for a month or so, though it wasn't exactly great. It has a "chopped together" version of the Android tablet operating system which makes it difficult to use as "proper" android TV apps aren't compatible. It's also incompatible with many apps.Then one day the USB ports stopped working properly. Next it began to whistle and get extremely hot and gave up completely.Disappointed.I've since replaced it with a Mecool M8S Pro-L which despite having lower specs on paper, absolutely obliterates the MX10 in performance, it's infinitely smoother, better and has a much more professional looking Android TV user interface rather than the cobbled together and very amateur interface on the MX10.My only issue is trying to get a refund with a company who not only respond to messages with glacier like slowness but also with one word answers and no information. They insist I send the unit back to China at my expense before they will do anything. I guess I'm chalking this down to a bad experience as I doubt I'll ever hear from them even if I do send the item back. I'll update this review if any progress is forthcoming.

Failed after a month
After a month mine doesn't work any more not turning on I'm very disappointedCant sent this item back after a month use.

Prime doesn't work
Product is okay BUT amazon prime doesn't work with it making it useless as an around media box.

poor quality
Very very turtle slow remote response.The running speed would get slower and slower in use.The remote could surprisingly turn my Dyson fan on.
