Got my headset on time but I was unable to pair up with both of my phones at the same time, I got in touch with customer service and after several attempts they deemed the device faulty once they acknowledged this they promptly shipped me a new device with priority shipping their customer service is second to none. Did I mention the headset is very loud and clean, it is multipoint, sometimes ppl complain its difficult for them to hear me but not all the time. I'm a mechanic and I always am on my phone with customers in a very loud environment and they hear my fine most times after about 3 days constant phone calls I'll need to recharge if not on the phone much ill reach up to 5 days before needing to charge I was advised to purchase a jabra storm and I opted for this one and I don't regret it one bit my brother who purchased the storm said to me he regret buying this one as this one is much cheaper and works much better

Now everything is resolved, but the first ear piece I was sent did not charge. I had to request a replacement ear piece, which was handled quickly, and professionally. The new ear piece works just fine, and charges as well. This might be something they want to work on with their quality control, as others have reported the same problem. The sound quality is very good, but the ear piece is a bit tricky to get on my ear. Overall, I am highly satisfied with the product, especially for the price. It is a very good deal!

I purchased the earpiece in August of 2018. I didn't think that I would write a review for this product but I just realized that over a year later, this earpiece is working just as well as it did when I purchased it.I have to give credit to a product that has shown to be of good quality and performs the way it was advertised to. It has great sound quality, Noise canceling and it is very comfortable.

The sound quality is great for calls, decent for music. Pairs easily, and can switch between devices easily by flipping it off and on. I use it about eight hours a day, listening to podcasts or music when not on calls, and the battery lasts all day. I currently have the charger on a timer so I can leave it plugged in when I leave, and it is fully charged with three hours on the timer (it might take less time than that, but that's what the timer is set to so I know that is the maximum to get it to a full charge). It's fairly lightweight. The part that goes around your ear is tight at first, but after about a week it's loosened up and I can hardly tell I have it on.

I bought this for work as I am on the phone constantly and need to be mobile as well.When I first received this, they were as expected. I could get 11 hours of talk time and call quality was clear.However, as time went on, the battery has started to deteriorate. After a couple months of use I now only get about 6 hours of talk time from the headset which is disappointing.Honestly, I would recommend spending a few extra dollars on a better device.

I received the product quickly. It was easy to pair and the voice clarity is wonderful. My daughter called and did not know I was on a Bluetooth device. The noise canceling feature is great! I emailed the company with a question and received a reply in just about an hour. Excellent customer service. The earpiece is very comfortable. I highly recommend.

I purchased this for my husband, who uses it. When I call him and he's using this bluetooth, I hear a LOT of background noise which sometimes is louder than his voice. Not happy with purchase
