Great as a pan liner/insulator or as they are on their own. I got these so I could make a cute little two-tier cake with some other 6-inch rounds. Really happy with their performance so far!These are just silicone pans, kind of thin, but they have all of the properties of silicone that I love. Cake cooked well in them, did not stick, and released easily with some proper parchment paper prep. I didn't want to slop batter all over the place, so I stuck them on a pan for baking and they worked perfectly.Would be excellent for molding ice cream, mousse, etc. to add to baked goods, as well. I'm very happy!

I received the saphe 4 Inch round Cake Pans (6 Pack). These silicone cake pans worked perfectly to make a mini cake. I made my daughters birthday cake with theses and once the cakes were cooled they came out of the pans perfectly.

They’re fairly deep, measuring little over 2.3 “ which is higher than most of my metal baking pans and the 4” size is something that you don’t usually find in metal cake pans. Making little cakes enhances the flavor and gives your cake lovers more filling and frosting to enjoy. The first thing I’m going to bake is my luscious lemon cake that I frost with a lemon curd/whipped cream frosting between the layers. The small size makes it really easy to split the cake into several layers.Since the cake molds are both freezer and oven safe, they could be used to make an individual mousse or even an ice cream cake. One of the really nice features about the silicone molds is that they’re so easy to clean. I’ll probably be washing mine by hand, but they are dishwasher safe.These versatile pans would make a welcome addition to your kitchen. They’re really easy to store since they stack/nest easily, something you can’t do with metal pans. I can see using them to make little individual birthday cakes as a party favor for guests to take home.
