I got my ink and installed in my HP Photosmart 5520 printer. Unfortunately it was not working as it should. Black ink not printing at all so I reached out to the seller. Their team suggested cleaning the print head, which after a quick YouTube video was easy to do. They advised if it did not work, they would send me another cartridge. I had to clean the print head twice and voila, I am printing black ink. Thank you so much to customer service for their quick response and patience. I would definitely purchase from them again.

Edit – 7/18/20 – Changed from 3 stars to 4TL;DR – Replacement cartridge works perfectly. Customer service seems more concerned about good reviews rather than customer satisfaction.Approximately a month after I left my original review, the company reached out to me via Amazon offering me either a partial refund or a replacement cartridge if I would delete my original review. (Apparently, they also replied to my original review, but I didn’t see that until I went to update this one, not that it would have helped because I still had no contact information for them.) I accepted the offer of a replacement cartridge and said that I would edit my review once I received the replacement and verified it worked.The day after I got the replacement, they emailed me and asked if I got the package and requested I edit my review to 5 stars. I happened to have a lot going on this week and was unable to try the cartridge for several days so I did not immediately respond to that email. Two days after that, they emailed me again asking if I got the package and to edit my review to 5 stars. I replied to let them know I had received the replacement but was extremely busy and hadn’t had a chance to try it out yet. They responded by saying please update my review to 5 stars in the meantime until I could try it out. Well, I’m not going to leave or edit a review for something I haven’t tried yet.When I finally was able to try the replacement, less than a week after receiving it, the replacement works just as well as the other colors I had installed previously, so I am changing my review to 4 stars. Why only 4 instead of 5? From my interaction with them, it seems as though all the company cares about is good reviews rather than customer satisfaction. I understand that reviews are very important to smaller companies, but they seemed to be pressuring me to leave them a good review rather than caring that I was happy with their product. If they are so concerned about customer satisfaction, they need to include an email address with their product so that customers can contact them directly before having to leave a negative review. Even though the product works well, I would be unlikely to purchase this particular toner again.--------Original review – 6/9/20I bought a set of these after reading all the glowing reviews. I only needed the color cartridges, but it was cheaper just to buy a set of all four. I installed the C, M, and Y cartridges. The print quality is perfect except for the cyan cartridge leaves a small dot in the same place about an inch-ish apart the whole way down the page. I emailed the company (at an email address I found for them online; no email address was included with the product) and have gotten no response. I purchased these several months before I actually needed them just so I could have them on hand, so I'm no longer in my return window.

Initially, I had some issues with a streak on the page after installing these toner cartridges, and blamed these cartridges in the original review below. Customer support reached out to me after about a week asking if they could help resolve this issue--though they also said that their engineers doubted that my issues were caused by the cartridges. I asked for a replacement for the two cartridges I had installed that led to this issue, and they sent them promptly.Upon receiving the cartridges, I performed some thorough testing, printing with the first set of cartridges, the second set, and the empty set that they replaced. The streak appeared on all of them, and I believe now that there is some mechanical issue with my aging printer. While it is an interesting coincidence that this fault began appearing at the time I replaced my HP OEM toner cartridges with these ones, I currently see no reason to fault the toner cartridges themselves for the defect I experienced. I may have installed the cartridges too clumsily into a printer reaching the end of its lifespan.I don't really know what's up with my printer, but I don't think it's 7Magic's fault, and they generously sent me a replacement to try anyway. Therefore, I'm giving them their stars back.------------- (Old review is as follows)I took a gamble on these because they were so much cheaper than OEM cartridges, and the reviews vouched for the quality. I'm disappointed with the result. I replaced my yellow and cyan cartridges with the ones I got from this package, and one of them has caused a streak to be printed vertically down the center of each page--the last place you want a printing defect to happen!The colors are okay--the cyan seems a little bright, but it's nothing that can't be addressed with a little photoshop. The streak, however, means that I'll have to find a replacement toner cartridge... but it won't happen in time for the scrapbook I'm making my mother-in-law. Fortunately she's easy to please...

Works fine but sooooooo expensive. I find cheaper knockoffs work as well for routine printing. Of course my HP printer is programmed to warn me with scary notices that my printer will not work with non-HP supplies but ignore them.

The print quality is as good as you the much more expensive versions put out by other companies. The cost is significantly less than the other choices. Easy to use.

So I own a small business and I was printing a neighborhood flyer we were going to send out this weekend. It printed off 200 double sided color flyers without incident. The next 300 however is another story. It will print on random pages a rainbow of all the colors. Out of the 300 we lost 27 flyers because of this.Besides this one annoying detail the print quality was way better than I had expected for the price. I ended up printing about 1100 of these double sided flyers, and the blue is the only color that is really getting low as you can see in the pic above. Out of the 1100 i had to shred 128 of them due to the skittles rainbow showing up across the page. It sucks without question, however for the price and seeing as it would cost me 4 times as much to have these printed I guess I really cant complain.Would I buy again…Yes, despite the annoying rainbow issue
