Q: Is this 100% down filled? Or a blend?

I'm pretty sure the label said, "Guaranteed at least 70% goose down fill". Even looking at the $400 comforters in brick and mortar stores, none of the labels said "Guaranteed 100% down". I don't think too much about the specs, it's a great comforter. We bought a nice duvet and they pair wonderfully!There are no feathers pricking through the comforter, even without the duvet. And the cover is apparently leak-proof. My dog likes to "nest" on top of the bed, and it's held up to her abuse so far. We are very pleased with this purchase.

Q: Is good for summer time?

It's been below zero here the past week, our thermostat is set low at night and we still shove it off...definitely not good for summer time!

Q: i am having a lot of night sweats ...i am wondering if covers and sheets can do this. can this comforter prevent that? ( down?)

I really don't know if using this comforter would help the night sweats. I only use mine in winter - in the coldest weather. I think using 100% cotton sheets is important, so if your sheets contain polyester, I would recommend buying good quality cotton sheets. I will say that I LOVE this comforter! I had another one prior to this, which I returned. The one you are asking about is very well made and it doesn't make me too warm...unless the weather gets unseasonably warm. This will be my 3rd winter using it, but here in Wisconsin the weather has been too warm to unpack it just yet. GOOD LUCK!

NO. It is heavy and it makes me hot. I purchased this because it was lightweight. It is NOT LIGHTWEIGHT.
