I've used these for my ear lobes (10mm) 3 piercings on each ear; and helix (8mm) and they work really well. The main reason I went this small and thin was because my current hoops were hurting me while I sleep on my side and interrupting my sleep. OUCH! I love this nose ring so much. I got two, one is the snug gold one and I did a bigger size for the silver. I think the silver looks better with my skin tone but I love them both. Comfortable and secure.

I loved it at first, super cute and just like photos. After about 4 months omg…. The ITCHING IN MY NOSE WAS INSUFFERABLE for weeks on only the side my nose ring was on. I genuinely thought there was something wrong with me. Took the nose ring out it went away. Yes I cleaned my nose ring daily also. Idk what was wrong with it. But if ur looking for long lasting, pay more money for quality. For short term this is perfect tho.
