This feeder is beautiful and sturdy, and the hummingbirds like it as well.
Great quality glass bulb for the hummingbird nectar (bigger than needed, but still a great size), and the rest of the body, though mostly plastic, fits together great and looks great too. The little flower pedals where the holes are for hummingbirds to come and drink, they are metal. So, great overall quality. I would recommend getting bug traps (little sort of cups that hold water in them) to hang above the this feeder, which can help keep out the ants and earwigs. Prior to getting those, the earwigs were regularly getting into the inner pool of the hummingbird feeder and contaminating or at least infiltrating it and making it less than ideal cleanliness.Anyway, we Highly recommend this hummingbird feeder!

Lovely 2 cup hummingbird feeder!
Was delighted with the looks of this hummingbird feeder. Easy to clean and fill this 2-cup feeder, and the birds are using it so they must be happy as well. It is glass with a red plastic coating that seems pretty sturdy. I take care not to scratch the glass so it stays red. I used to use red food coloring in the water, but don't have to do it with the red coating. The bottom flowered part that the birds stand on to drink is a plastic-coated metal it seems. Overall, this is much sturdier than the plastic feeders I bought for years. Have had it a few months, 'will see how it does in about a year. We all love the way it looks, very pretty hanging in the yard. My favorite.

Best feeder ever!
The hummingbirds love this feeder. It is the perfect small size for the space I have. The feeding ports are not too big to allow bees to get inside. It is easy to clean. I like the plastic base. I replaced one similar that had metal that rusted, this one will not rust. The birds are able to perch. The squirrels have not removed the petal ports as they have with other plastic ones. Perfect feeder!

Love it for my first feeder!
I was so excited to get this feeder for the hummingbirds in our "yard". The container that holds the water is actually glass and the base is made from sturdy plastic that hasn't molded or gotten all gross inside. There are little openings on the outside of the base that are little "flowers" and the hummingbirds fly up and know to stick their beaks in there to drink! When the first hummingbird flew up to it I almost cried. It brought me so much joy. So happy with this purchase!

Hummers are Happy!
Successful upgrade at the Hummingbird Cafe. My old ones were aging out. Popping seals, getting leaky. Attracting bugs. These have a secure seal. Easy and snug. The Hummers even seem to like it better than the old ones. Dinner hour is very busy! Last night one of our guests was sleeping on the perch. The lavender ones are so unexpectedly pretty! It’s a little hard to clean below the neck of the jar, sharp angle, small access. Dish soap on my finger seems to work best, but a tool would be nice, too.

WORKS fabulously and looks Great!!
I have used another hummingbird feeder for a long time and this year all I was feeding were the bees! So I ordered this and it looks beautiful, and the bees can't get into the holder, and they fly away!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks so very much for something that looks as good as it works~

Very Attractive
We have had this feeder out all summer and it gets a lot of attention from the hummingbirds. Looking to replace some of our other less used feeders with more of this one next season.

If you are buying one, buy the red one
I got the red feeder as a gift. I never saw (probably never noticed) hummingbirds in the area before but got a hummingbird visitor the very first day. She keeps coming back. After a few days, I suspect I have been getting a few different hummingbirds visiting. I saw at least one males. Mostly they've just been visiting at different times. But today I saw two females who seemed to scuffle over the feeder, and one female flew away without eating. So I put out the pink feeder too. When she returned, hummingbird tried the pink one and returned to the red one. I'm not completely sure whether it's because she's more used to the red one, but it does seem the red is more attractive to her. I like they can perch and rest a bit while feeding. The feeders also look cute.
