Great
Great fryer, easy to put together, not to much space needed for it on the surface. Use for low - medium use in our café, would need bigger machine if producing more. Very easy to clean and take apart.

Brilliant fryer
A simple fryer that is easy to assemble, disassemble and use. All stainless steel, so cleans up easily in the dishwasher, with no little nooks and crannies to collect grease. It does take a lot of oil - three litres to be exact - but heats up quickly and maintains its temperature well during frying.Have had fancier models in the past, but they didn't cook any better and were an absolute pain to clean. Stick with this one.

Well thought out
the design is simple, and its frying capability great, but it obviously gets very hot and must be treated with respect, it strips down for cleaning and is much easier to keep clean than other styles of fryer's, well impressed.

Great deep fat fryer
Excellent fryer which works incredibly well. Now we can cook our fish and chips at the same time! Only downside is the requirement for two sockets but I suspect that is because of the high current drain.

USE LESS OIL
I filled oil in to the mark "max" indicated, heated up and put a basket French fries in. The oil spilled all over and I had a huge mess. Even when filling up to "min" it did spill over. Good I used it outside. You should use outside only anyway as it does not have a filter. My advise is to work your oil level up to avoid a mess. Otherwise it works well.
