Forced Bonds (The Bonds that Tie Book 4)

Is it weird that Nox is kinda my favourite? I mean I like them all....all the hottie handsome feast of Oli's guys. But there is something so raw, unfiltered in Nox's character....it just gives me shivers. There's just something about broken guys ..( I promise I am not trying to be insensitive here )....that just revs up all my motors.

The story began well with the previous books. But now this book is only building up questions, not answering anything, making loopholes, more disconnect with the characters and it feels stretched to meet the word count. I'm pretty sure quite a few things will be stretched in the next book too as the author plans for it to be a 6 book series. I was honestly skimming through the book. The inner monologue got on my nerves. Of course grammatically and everything it's written well. Moreover, the story set-up is unique but it's getting boring now. I'm just reading it to know the end.

As usual, I couldn't wait for the book and when I got it, couldn't put it down. This one was better than the last one.,

I can't even begin to say how perfect this book was. I feel all sorts of things right now and my mind is all over the place. I absolutely loved how Gabe and Atlas bromance grew in this book, and North admitting and displaying his unendling love for his girl was swoon-worthy. Well, Gryphon is Gryphon. I fell in love with him the moment he banged her dorm door when she arrived first. Nox, well, he is the ONE for me. Despite his attitude and broodiness, i could never bring myself to hate him. I just love him, okay? And the ending destroyed me. Like, really really destroyed me ! I am crying. One sentence, just One, and I am broken for life. Can't wait for the next book

I loved the buildup of each scene and moment. The details are exceptional, I was there right with them, a fly on the wall for everything. Aahh, the suspense from one scene to the next was incredible, but nothing prepared me for the ending. The loss, the need to know. Wow! I would recommend to anyone who loves a realistic, modern and all to easy to relate to twist in a fantasy,

Okay so this book was a lot. Smut was perfect. Storyline a little wonky. As much as I like the storyline and finding the new bond families, there needs to be more. I feel this storyline has become a bit limiting.Same thing happens as it does in the previous books. I'm getting annoyed at the someone next getting kidnapped. I like the power descriptions and where we get taken. It's super annoying that the resistance is always steps ahead. The ending of this book I am vexed. I haven't gotten angry this series, but I'm pissed. This better not be it because they deserved so much better.

Mais uma vez estou aqui, declamando o quanto eu amei um livro da J. Bree, mas esse realmente superou as minhas expectativas, que foram altas desde o primeiro livro. A escrita continua maravilhosamente viciante e fluída. Mas esse foi de longe o melhor da série até agora, desde as interações do grupo de bonds da Oli, até todo o desenvolvimento dos personagens secundários como a Sage e seus bonds. O aprofundamento da ligação deles, o companheirismo e o lugar que cada um encontra em seu próprio grupo, foi muito bem desenvolvido e trama foi de dar gargalhadas a chorar horrores e ficar morrendo de curiosidade para saber o que vai rolar. Tenho que confessar que mesmo o Nox sendo um babaca como sabemos, eu sempre achei que o momento de ligação deles seria mais impactante e especial, esse foi o único ponto em que desejei mais da escrita. Eles tinham tanto pra evoluir e desvendar sobre "o trauma do Nox" e isso foi deixado de jeito bem superficial, não sei se intencionalmente para que haja a revelação em Tragic bons, mas... Sim, o Nox é o meu preferido!SPOILER.......... E que final foi esse? Eu simplesmente tive um surto, eu realmente não esperava nada nem próximo do que aconteceu, assim que li a última frase, fiquei DESTRUÍDA. Como assim na próxima vida??????? Eu não tenho maturidade pra isso. Estou contando os minutos para o próximo lançamento!

Finding out what happened to Dara’s murder and who is framing Sage is a slow process. In the meantime they try to take out camps from the resistence. Someone close to them Unser is taken to the camps and they are trying everything to get him back. Failing at the first attempt but finding out what Gabe can do now they all have bonded and their extra power has yet to settle is new. At the second attempt they recover Unser but we lose one of our own bonded. And he admitted to her maybe in the next life he could love her.My heart is crying 💔 I so hope in the next two books there is a way to get him back because I am devastated for all of them.

Sconvolta. Ecco come mi ha lasciato questo libro. Succede letteralmente di tutto: una buona quantità di azione e soprattutto tante, tantissime rivelazioni e molto sentimento. Ciò che ho apprezzato di più è sicuramente la crescita del Bonded Group, come imparano ad interagire fra loro ma soprattutto con Oli = ci sono dei momenti dolcissimi, che mi hanno letteralmente sciolta. North sta velocemente diventando il mio preferito😍, ma anche Gryphon e Gabe si fanno valere, e Atlas subito dopo di loro. Nox è il personaggio più complesso e danneggiato, per tutto il libro mi sono posta domande sul suo passato e sono stata piuttosto arrabbiata con lui ma alla fine, con due frasi in croce, mi ha spezzato il cuore.Unica cosa, avrei solo voluto che i personaggi secondari avessero un pochino più di spazio!La natura dei Bonds si fa sempre più misteriosa e mi ha definitivamente catturata, ho bisogno di avere delle risposte! Ci sono molte questioni che vengono aperte e suscitano un sacco di domande, non vedo l’ora di svelare l’intrigo! A onor del vero, alcune di queste questioni vengono apparentemente dimenticate non appena vengono aperte. Sono sicura che verranno risolte nel prossimo libro, ma è un po’ sconcertante vedere che i personaggi non si pongono domande a riguardo per il resto della storia. Questo è sicuramente un difetto, ma, considerando quanto mi ha coinvolta la storia, non mi sento di darci troppo peso.Per concludere, il cliffhanger finale… mi ha spezzato il cuore!
