The Bradley Smoker is a unique smoke house, sold complete with its accompanying smoke generator, in which flavor bisquettes are burned for 20 minutes each so that the temperature does not fluctuate, thus eliminating the high temperature gases, acids and resins that can distort the flavor of smoked food. Good smoker
Smoker just takes time to learn what you put the thermostat on to make it sit st a certain temp. Once learned it’s easy. I put it on high to get it to temp that I want then adjust

CHINESE WIRES
Purchase a Bradly Smoker , work Wonderful for three smokes Venison Snack sticks, then Quit working an email to Bradley and a fast response , tell me to check its power cord among other things. Looked at the heating element , wires leading to heat element where gone , Cheep wires weir between 18 or 20 gauge wire , removed back cover to smoker and found the wires were substandard, replaced wire with 600 volt Silicon wire. It now works Great , but original wires not up to any code in the USA maybe China or some other country .....
