I received a promo post card in the mail for this product that indicated I could get 20% off my purchase if I used the code it provided. However, the code simply did not work and I felt like this was a "bait-and-switch" routine. Because of that, I almost did not buy the product. But I did read reviews and weighed it against the other L'Oreal face products I use and decided to go ahead and pay full price--I just got a good feeling about this product. I'm glad that I did. The smell is very pleasant, a light, floral fragrance that is not too strong and which prompts a sort of "delicious" response (thus the "comfort food" reference). I use it after I have applied the other face products I use in the morning, including sunblock, and before I apply foundation. I don't know if it is due to this product, but I have definitely noticed there is now a natural blush to my cheeks that I don't recall being there so constantly prior to using it. My skin also feels nourished after I apply it and I usually wait about five minutes before applying foundation so the moisturizer can be more fully absorbed. I am still working on my first jar, which has gone a very long way, and I only recently purchased another one since my finger finally touched the bottom of the jar while scooping some out. I like this and will stick with it despite the seemingly countless other products that offer amazing results but which can turn your cleansing routine into a ten-layer process where the products cancel each other out and "confuse" your skin. Simplicity appeals to me.

I love my new face lotion. I've been searching for something for a long time and spent way to much on products .So this made my day when I put it on. The color gives you a rosie glow, it's beautiful, creamy & soft. When applying theres no greasy feeling involved.

I am in my 60's and I like this product for days when I do not do the whole primer, foundation & all that routine & just want a lighter more natural look. It will give you a luminous rosy tone, it does moisturize well and is great for mature skin. I am a natural blonde who does tan (i.e. I am not pasty white) and the color is great for me. You just have to know from experience if rosy works with your skin tone as some people look better with peachier colors. The color is not strong, but there are people this will not flatter and I would not suggest it for people with darker skin tones. It has not caused me any problems, but I do not really have sensitive skin. It's light, it is not like a regular foundation and it will not hide freckles or age spots or anything like that nor will it settle into your fine lines. It works fine to apply powder or a finishing spray over it. You need to look at it more as a tinted moisturizer and realize it is not a foundation. I apply my Anthelios sunscreen first and let that absorb before I apply this & anything else- I am a total sunscreen devotee! Give it a try, it is certainly comparable to many pricier products I have tried.Some people have raised concerns that what they received was perhaps fake or a return & was not factory sealed. There are plenty of disreputable sellers who are selling bootleg and used products, so make sure you buy from a reputable seller (or brick & mortar) & return anything not properly sealed. L'Oreal does NOT seal their packages with scotch tape and this product should have a white plastic protector disc under (after) the lid that you have to remove to reach the product! When you have never used a product before it is harder to know if someone sold you a fake or outdated stuff. Skin care is expensive so make sure what you get is the real deal and factory sealed so it is pure.

This L’Oreal Face Moisturizer is good. Good, not great.It does impart a bit of a rosy glow. I use it for days when I don't feel like going through the whole make-up ritual, and it enhances the appearance of your face and skin with a sheer, subtle pink. It is a lightweight cream. It will enhance your face. I don't have dry skin, so I do not know how effective this L’Oreal cream would be for someone with severely dry skin.I like it. I don't love it. But as a senior citizen, I have to be realistic. And it does enhance your skin and is comfortable to wear. It does not remove wrinkles. It will not permanently change your skin tone. It will not make you look ten years younger. At 61, I've taken pretty good care of my face, always used sunblock, limited sun exposure, and have used generic retin-a cream 1% (TRETINOIN 0.1% cream) faithfully for about seven years. So far, that is the only facial cream that I find that helps wrinkles, coarsening, texture, and appearance of your skin. But this L’Oreal cream is nice to wear on those days when you want to give your skin a rest and go make-up free.For you young people, always wear sunblock and limit sun exposure. I had a lot of sun exposure on my body, even though I was always so careful with my face, and the sun damage really shows there. That, and genetics, is the key to what your skin will look like as you age.

L’Oréal Age Perfect night moisturizer. Use it alone for a medium weight moisturizer. It smooths like a dewy scented soft dream into my tired dry skin, refreshing its tone and texture. I apply a small amount to my face after cleansing and any serums. I love to mix this with the other L’Oréal Peach toned moisturizer to give my skin a double shot of lovely cream before bed. My wrinkles have noticeably plumped and softened out with continued use. Absorbs completely overnight leaving you with refreshed, smooth, soft skin to start your day.It’s a great value for how little you need to use.I recommend this product and plan to repurchase.

This L’Oreal product is just so wonderful. The moisturizer is great and it gives your face just a little coloring. Just brightens your face up.
