I purchased the 22” diamond cut version of this snake chain. I’m very satisfied with this purchase. This chain is beautifully crafted, silky smooth and imho absolutely worth $17. As some have wondered and questioned if this chain pulls hair, neck or head hair, I haven’t had any issues as of yet and my hair is down to my rump. To be fair I wear it mainly in a ponytail. However in the land of necklaces typically snake, margarita, sometimes Singapore chains tend to be the type of chains that can and do catch hairs. My recommendation for anyone seriously concerned with the hair pulling issue would be to look for link style chains as they tend to be a much more open link that doesn’t have the propensity to pull hair. Anyway, this is a beautiful chain I'd definitely recommend.

I wear this chain every day with several charms that have sentimental value. Since I wear it daily, I've broken one a time or two and just ordered another after I caught it on something while doing yard work. My own fault, but my point is that I come back and buy the same one because it's very good quality.The silver does not tarnish. It remains beautiful no matter what. I shower and bathe, swim....I do everything with my necklace on. I've never had it tarnish.The other thing I love about this is that it has a flat oblong clasp. The little ring you attach the clasp to is also thin and oblong. The reason I like this is that I am able to slide the small rings for my charms right through, where sometimes round clasp rings will make it so my charms do not fit. I also like how the chain looks with the thin clasp. If the clasp comes to the front it's not unsightly.The chain also comes with a different clasp that is round if you prefer to change to that one. I do not use it, but I guess it's nice to have if you do use something like this.Thanks for reading my review.Becky Brooks

It was much smaller than I expected, I didn’t pay attention to the MM size so that was my fault. I like it tho, it’s ideal to use for a pendant. Wear it in the shower daily and have pulled it mistakenly getting dressed and it hasn’t broken.

What a beautiful necklace! It’s so sparkly, and I even waited a while to write my review to make sure that the necklace still stayed brilliant, even after weeks of non-stop wearing. I’m very impressed! I love the clasp, as they make it easy to put on, but it’s not going to break. They back up their product, which I like too. I’ve already gotten many compliments on this chain. I loved this necklace, it holds a charm from my husband that he gave me on our first Valentine's Day together. I always made sure to take it off at night, the gym, or whenever I thought that something could catch it because the charm is irreplaceable. I put it on this morning and about 5 minutes after I put it on I felt the charm falling off, and when I picked it up the chain was completely separated. I wish it would have lasted longer than a few months.

I needed a sterling silver chain for a heavier pendant, and I saw this chain. I like snake chains to begin so ordered in the 20 inch length. I love it, it's a sturdy chain, the 1 mm is thick enough to hold my pendant, and it's a very pretty chain. I wear it to bed at times and it hasn't kinked, I've had no problems. Very beautiful and just what I wanted, and I like there are different lengths available. It also came with a separate extender which looks really nice and I believe is also sterling, it works well, and was a nice added bonus. Excellent purchase and when I need another sterling silver chain, I'll be coming back to this brand.

After much searching, I finally decided to purchase this chain based on 94 four-star and more reviews, some of which were presented in exchange for the free product. The chain arrived beautifully packaged in a gold box and included an extension chain, which is another reason why I decided to buy it. The chain is very nice in appearance and seems to be good quality; however, one of the most deciding purchase factors for me were the many reviews which touted that the chain does not pull out hairs in the back of one's neck like many other chains. Day One, there were gobs of hairs wrapped around the chain, which I had to pull off with tweezers in order to free up the clasp for use again. I have used the chain with a valued pendant several times since, and the same thing happens. All day long, I can feel my neck hairs being snagged and pulled when I try to free them up from the chain. The only answer is to keep the clasp in front, and who wants to do that? I am considering a return, and I regret having to do that, because the product lives up to its reviews in many ways.

When I received it, I was surprised how thin it was. The looks of it were definately disappointing. It was very cheap looking. It unfortunately only lasted 4 days and broke. Invest your money in a better chain is all I can suggest.

This is a beautiful chain that my Mum wears. She has a heavier stone pendant on it and yet the chain really compliments the pendant. I think I may have to purchase one for myself. It is good value and excellent quality.
