Update on my review: I knocked this product down to 2 stars for the fact that I never received a response from the company in regards to where they get their spirulina from. I don't know about you, but I like to generally know about where the things I put in my body come from. Needless to say, I will stop taking this supplement, at least until further information. Do what you want with this information, but it's just my personal opinion, I'm just providing my thoughts and feelings.Please read my review if you are wanting a little more information on the ingredients. I am sorry for the long review, but I always try to do my research as much as I can before taking a new supplement.The reason why I was slightly concerned was because of the dull green color of the capsules themselves. Spiraling Algae Powder, Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM), Chlorella Cracked Cell Wall Powder, Barley Grass Powder, Milk Thistle Seed Extract, Alfalfa Grass Powder, Quercetin, Green Tea Leaf Extract and Bromelain 1200GDU/GM. To be honest, I hadn't heard of most of these things! They all appeared to be safe and good for you. I was expecting the capsules to be greener, but my guess is that these ingredients combined with the Spirulina offset the color. If you are looking for Spirulina capsules with added benefits, then these will be great for you. If you are looking for pure Spirulina capsules, then keep looking.I messaged the company to find out where they get their Spirulina from and am awaiting a response- I will update when I receive a message. Spiraling can have toxins, depending on the source I believe.Chances are you bought or are thinking of buying this product because of the Spirulina in it. Well the bottle recommends taking 2 capsules a day, or 4 capsules a day if you are a high endurance athlete. So you can receive 1g-2gs of Spirulina a day from this product. If you are looking for a higher dose, then this isn't for you. Side effects of Spirulina could be: slight fevers, feeling excited, breakouts and itchy skin and sleepiness. It is a great source of protein.This also has Chlorella in it. Chlorella is used to detox your body of mercury poisoning. It is an algae like Spirulina, but it has a cell wall, unlike the latter.What the heck is MSM?Appears to be safe, good for skin, inflammatory system, energy, etc. provides the usual benefits you see from other ingredients. Seems great.Quercetin is just a plant pigment. I'm honestly not really sure about Bromeliad 1200 GDU/GMThese are not vegan (they don't claim to be, but I am just letting you know). They do have gelatin in them. Kind of disappointing for me because I like to eat as close to vegan as possible. Other fillers in this product include Maltodextrin, rice flour and magnesium stearate. Be careful if you have any allergies to these ingredients.This is just some of the research that I came across. I haven't taken this product long enough to know of it's effects, but I will be sure to update my review if any occur. I am providing this information in my review, in case anyone is curious about these ingredients or doesn't know about them. Please feel free to correct me if I am wrong. I received this product at a discount price in exchange for my honest review.I haven't had any side effects from this product. Sorry for the slight grossness to this, but I get a little burpy after taking this, but good thing is they don't taste horrid like fish oil. They are more grassy tasting.Also, please make sure to check if you will have any drug interactions before taking this supplement and I recommend to talk to your doctor before you begin taking it.

NO bad taste of Spirulina and you get the benefits
As anyone who take Spirulina in the powdered form. Its not for lighthearted. This algae has a unique flavor profile that needs to masked by something else.I have tried so many times to take Spirulina and every time, i get half way done and i toss the drink. My taste buds can always pick up the Spirulina.When i saw the positive review on this product, I knew this was my last attempt to enjoy Spirulina. Looking at the bottle there is 500mg per serving (2 capsule/serving) They suggest you take 1-2 twice daily so if the math is correct 60 capsule total/(2 capsule x 2 times) = only 15 days of pills or 30 days if you take 1 capsule. a bit steepSo i took it for 15 days, and let me tell you this. I am finally able to enjoy the benefits of Spirulina. I felt more energetic and more alert. This pills plus a new diet and exercise regime has made me loss a good amount of weight and yet not feeling sluggish at all. The MSM also helps in recovery as well.Overall I am very happy with the product but for 40 dollars for a month supply is a bit steep hence the 4 stars. I would have given it the benefit of 5 stars but the gelatin capsule in an all green product kills itI did receive a discount to write a honest unbiased review of the product.

Saving money and I feel great!
This bottle of Premium Green has already paid itself off ten fold! I used to always go buy a morning smoothie and I'd always pay the extra $2 to add a small teaspoon (I swear it was that small) to my fruit concoction. I really only got the smoothie as a way to add some greens and an easy way to get some spirulina and other potent greens without having to taste it. I decided to get these and that's changed everything. Not only am I saving money and not having to go through the pain of trying to ingest this horrible tasting algae, I'm feeling better than ever! I seriously have noticeable gains in my energy level. For those not familiar, spirulina is the first listed ingredient here, it is a natural “algae” powder that is incredible high in protein and nutrients. When harvested correctly from non-contaminated ponds and bodies of water, it is one of the most potent nutrient sources available. I love how potent these little pills are and how easy they are to take. The effects on me have been amazing! I did receive this product at a discount in order for my honest review, and that's what you got. By no means do I ever promise a good review, and by no means do I always give them. I hate when people say they have something wonderful in their review on Amazon and then I order it and it's garbage. I assure you that is not the case here. This is a wonderful product at a great price and I could not be happier.
