Totally dissatisfied about this product. Formed a pit on the mattress in the first month itself. Tried so many times to register a complaint throgh company's site but couldn't till today. Tried to call given on the complaint register site but got a call back from sales team. Dont know how to get it resolved

I bought this a month back because of the brand name...Since day1 i felt enormous heat produced, also the spring setup seems to be imbalanced..this is causing me severe back pain...think 100 times before buying this ..

Very poor quality spring mattress. Keeps boucing, not stable at all. Caused back pain within 20 days of sleeping on it. Not sure why others have rated this highly, seems like all fake reviews. Very very poor quality, PEPs is all marketing and raido ads but zero on quality. Sucks that Amazon does not sell a trusted brand like Krul-on

Even healty people will get back pain by sleeping on this bed. Simply they put springs inside this bed they are not followed any scientific technology in manufacturing. Don't purchase this mattress.

I suggest pls physically take the demo in any near by showroom & than order online for the better understanding of the product as per the individual choice & requirement

Not worth for money

The product is fine but the seller is horrible. He took 25 days to deliver.

If I can give zero I would give it zero .Please dont buy it they very bad mattress.
