Very gud, value for money, definitely recommend. But change courier people
It's very comfortable, spring action is good. Peps is a very well known brand. I could get it for 7000 almost as I got extra 10% off on debit card. Anyways it's definitely worth it. Value for money. The pain relief I don't know much coz I didn't hav any backpain to begin with. Touchwood. I had ordered 2 mattresses... One came in 5days another came in 15 days. But in essence of full disclosure. Amazon had told that delivery will be delayed and it arrived on the date promised. Packaging was gud. Though the delivery boys made a fuss about delivering it to doorstep as I live in the first floor. They were like v deliver to gate. From the gate u hav to take it. Anyway after some arguments nd me helping they dropped it near my doorstep. Other than this hiccup the mattress is wonderful

Better than many
As mentioned, the matress is better than many that are in the market. It has strong springs, good thickness with good period warranty. Gives comfort, but if I compare it to few superior ones, I found it at last. However I have no such complaint but still I think that if I would have added few more bucks then I could have a superior one with more comfort. That's all.
