Small and professional quality product.
This device is excellent. Some cowboy TV and aerial company put booster boxes in my newly built house a few years ago. I always had a bad reception on most of my TV stations. I presumed the problem was with the aerial as i was only getting 20 to 30% signal strength and quality on my TV. I moved the Aerial once myself and i then knew the problem was with the two signal booster boxes. I installed the SLx Signal Booster box today and all my channels are perfect. I now have a signal strength and quality between 80 – 100 %. Excellent purchase. I would have happily paid double the asking price.

Blurry mess to crystal clear
After talk about fake reviews in the media, I held my breath when I turned this on: thinking the worst. I needn’t have. I buy a lot from Amazon and do think the reviews are helpful. This product is EXCELLENT. Turned channels that were a big blurry mess into a very very clear image. Very happy with this. One to note you need two aerial cables: one that comes from your tv to the booster box and one from the aerial to the booster. The port is a a female dock so make sure your wires have the pin part or buy an adaptor (which I did very cheaply).

SLx brand reliable, good quality and just works!
Great value for 8 way distribution. This replaced my 4 way SLx which I think was coming to the end of it's life ~20yrs old (probably PSU dying)In the end the loss of BBC1 on the kitchen TV (summer time*) and other digital signal glitches prompted me into getting a new one with extra spare outputs.Although this has 4G filtering, I'm really not sure if this has made any improvement as it will depend on how far away the phones need to be to cause a problem. Not really had time to do a back to back test!?So I would definitely recommend SLx brand to anyone.N.B. * for those that don't know when the atmosphere gets drier (humidity drops) then broadcast signals are conducted less well and you may end up with a few more "blockies" in your freeview picture .. check your signal strength on a wet winter day versus a dry summer day, your should notice a difference.

IMPORTANT - Read this BEFORE you buy !
I wanted 2 signal boosters for our two Panasonic TV's, one of which has an loft aerial, the other has an outside aerial so I bought this and the, SLx TV Two Output 27822HSR Booster. Most BBC stations had occasional 'pixelated' signals and I though these boosters would do the trick, also they would give me the chance to assess the two boosters, and maybe buy another one (or two) if I needed more outputs for video recorders etc, hence buying a one and two output version. The manufacturer says, and I quote "This is recommended when you experience intermittent channel reception and pixelated images", which is EXACTLY what I have.I have spent a lifetime in electronics, and was even a lecturer on the subject but I have have also worked in Radio/TV repairer, so I think I am quiet knowledgeable on this subject, and have used signal boosters in the past for my parents and friends with great success, so I was very hopeful about these products.... but how wrong I was though, absolute disappointment lay ahead, along with annoyance and the feeling I had wasted time and money.I tried fitting them to a TV only and instead of receiving 107 stations it, dropped to a measly 28 on one TV and 12 on the other, but even worse, the strength of those stations also dropped from 7-8 down to 1-3 they literally "sucked the life out of the signal", I couldn't believe it.This happened with BOTH boosters on both TV's, the slightly worst result (not much in it though) coming from the roof aerial, which was set up by a local well respected aerial fitter using a strength meter, to get the best signal to the set.In normal circumstances I would have contacted the manufacturer but I have sufficient knowledge to know that anything they might suggest would NOT improve the situation, these are just poor, ineffective products and something is fundamentally wrong with them, and I wasted nearly 2 hours testing them, replacing aerial leads (that have worked fine anyway) "just in case".They seem to be a massive company with a huge range of products, some of which are probably very good indeed but I will never know though as I won't be buying from them again.I can only be honest and "tell it as I find it" but thankfully I can send these back to Amazon today and get a refund.I absolutely hate leaving negative reviews and this is probably only one of about three reviews, out off well over 500 products, that have given one start too, yes, that is how bad I think this product is.I do feel bad about leaving a 1 star review, the only reason for doing so is to stop other people wasting the time and money and it seems other reviewers have had the same or similar experience as well, so I am not alone.I would give no stars if I could, yes, I know that has been said before, but please look elsewhere for another product like this from another company, but personally I am just going back to how the set up was before and put up with the occasional pixilation rather than waste more time and money.

Wee gem
Absolutely brilliant product. I have a BT youview box and was having problems with a few of channels, the picture breaking up badly. Ordered the signal booster, which arrived today. Was easy to install (I put mine in the living room) and got instantly started receiving excellent picture quality. I do recommend that you order the extension aerial lead with it.

Signal booster
Arrived today, took 10 mins to set up. At first it made no difference as I was and have been getting very poor signal on Dave and Pick. I had spent enormous money on aerial fitters to no avail, and the tales they spin is incredible for money. So I didn't have a lot of faith when I ordered this, but it has got me my channels without interference, so am happy( hope) it lasts. So to sum up.£300 paid to aeriel fitters, didn't work, £12.50 on this, now it does. ,? Update. It's stopped working already. Back to calling Ariel guys out. More money.

Excellent job!
We have always suffered with poor TV signal quality and I have used a venerable signal amplifier with considerable success. However, it had a single output and when we added a FreeView box and a second TV, a simple signal 'splitter' just couldn't hack it.This amplifier has proved to be excellent giving good picture quality on all of our devices.I did initially have concerns as the TV pictures seemed prone to interference. However, I realised we already had an in-line 4G filter on the aerial and this unit also has one inbuilt. Removing the old one resolved the problem and made the wiring even simpler! So, no complaints and I am very pleased.
