A healthy diet!
Have been constantly searching for books for years to help with various health issues (IBS & leaky gut) - this book has been fantastic for me.Note - The anti-inflammatory diet does not focus just on loosing weight. The main goal of the anti-inflammatory diet is to reduce food triggered inflammation. You would see any of these recipes in many healthy-eating restaurants. They're both health & delicious and contain all the most important anti-inflammatory foods/supplements such as Omega3 fatty acids and antioxidants.

A well-written guide book
This is a well-written guide book on anti-Inflammatory diet. It explains to us in details how this diet can help us heal inflammation and restore natural health. It suggests to us what food we should eat and provides us smart tips on how to use this diet to strengthen your immune system and eliminate pain. I particularly enjoy following the 7 days menu with simple but delicious recipes for snacks, breakfast, lunch and dinner. I'd highly recommended this book to anyone who wants to learn more about the anti-inflammation diet lifestyle.

Recommended !!!
This is a magnificent source for anyone looking to decrease inflammation throughout their body. It explains everything you need to know to get started on a healthy lifestyle. It explains that the foods we eat could be causing the inflammation. This guide also provides anti-inflammatory diet plan for reducing inflammation. I am impressed with all the recipes in this book. The secret of my happiness is the diet plan contains in this book. If you are suffering from inflammation, this book will be a great solution. Thanks John.

This is no longer a diet but a lifestyle
A dream come true. Thanks to this book inflammation left my body and I lost 10 pounds this month. I plan to continue this formula until I reach my goal weight

Same spiel and over limiting diets
I didn't find a recipe I'd actually try. Some general information on inflammation. No information on why to avoid or include certain foods. Anything that uses the fear based, "if you can't pronounce it don't eat it" line, is obviously not based on facts or reliable. Don't waste your time
