Works, good value, folding is a slight challenge
I have peroneal tendinitis (swelling and pain where the tendon attaches to the fifth metatarsal on the outside of the foot) and general aches in the toe joints and middle-top of the foot. Dunking my feet in ice water in this basin really helps. I use it in the morning and the evening, 15-20 minutes while I catch up on the news. After the initial chill, it feels good while my feet are in there, and afterward I have a substantial reduction in pain - it's not perfect, but it's very good. I have experimented with various ice packs and cold wraps, but with those I had difficulty keeping the ice directly on the edge of the foot where the tendon swells - no problem here, as the cold water circulates all around the foot. So there's an added bonus of reducing overall inflammation.Stability: Just fine, even good enough to rest my feet on the edges to dry a bit when I'm finished. I haven't seen any risk of tipping. I don't fill it up too high, just enough to cover my feet, so it doesn't really slosh either.Folding: Not perfect, but not as annoying to me as to some of the other reviewers. It requires a little coddling of the soft rubber folds as you push down, just use your fingers to gently push the folds in to make it collapse properly. Very minor drawback to something this helpful. You can see the dimensions in the description, it folds nice and flat for storage.A couple of tips:Tip #1: As the ice starts to melt, swirl your feet around a little to keep the water uniformly cold. It works and feels better.Tip #2: Not specific to the quality of the basin, but make sure to have enough ice to keep the water really cold. When it comes to icing an injury, "If it's not cold enough to hurt, it's not working." If the basin is filled just to cover the feet, I find 15-20 pieces of standard refrigerator ice keeps it good and cold for 20 minutes or so.

I love this foot soak
To deal with stress, I looked at electric heated foot spas and they had hard rollers that were too hard on my feet and frequently the water didn't even go over my toes. I searched and found this foot soak tub and it is perfect for me. I fill it with hot water and use epsom salt and cocoanut oil or epsom salt and honey, or epsom salt and sliced up fresh lemons, and epsom salt and essential oils, and much more. I love how this is large enough to have water up to or over my ankles so it get all of my foot. It has very small bumps on the bottom that I can slowly rub my feet back and forth to massage my feet as I want to do so. It feels wonderful on my feet, plus leaves me very relaxed, and leaves my feet feeling so good. It has sides that fold out to create a stand, and the tub itself can be folded in after dry to store away. I recommend this to everyone.

perfect to store unseen in patio & to soak tired feet..
This folds flat like some mixing bows and colanders. I use it on the patio. it folds flat, out of the way when not in use. I love it. it's easy to store, deep & easy to empty.. . I've only been using it a week. The inner part seems sturdy. The legs, not as much, but they're holding up so far. even if they break, it will work without them.

Perfect for On the Go
I purchased this to do mobile pedi's since the ones with jets will hold bacteria. It is perfect size and portability. The only cons is folding it back down may take some time as the folds don't always cooperate and the feet of the legs fell off after the first week. But it works for the purpose I needed.

Step up Your Home Pedicure with this Large Collapsible Foot Soaker
After my previous spa foot soaker with the electric massager stop working I went for this large non-electric foot soaker and I love it. It is nice not to be limited to a location near and electric outlet as well as not been concerned that with any water splash or spillage near an outlet. I found it easy to clean and the side buttons for collapsing the stand allowed for a quick and easy stowaway after I was done.

Easy to fill and comfortable to use
Like the large capacity. Doesn’t crowd your feet. Love the lightweight collapsible feature. Great for storing. I decided against the plugin footbaths bc I’ve had them break and stop functioning. This non electric footbath is great for relaxing anywhere in the home and not have to be near an outlet. Plus I can add tea tree oil and salts with no concerns about harming the filter bc it’s not electric.
